2. Final assembled size

Measured in inches after all four pages are printed and taped together.

Maintain aspect ratio

Turn this off only if you intentionally want to stretch the design.

3. Sublimation settings

Mirror is applied to the full design before page splitting.

Overlap amount (inches)

Default overlap helps you tape pages together without visible gaps.

4. Export

Letter size · fixed 2 × 2 layout

Print at 100% scale, do not fit to page, and assemble by page labels.

Match the labels in this order: Page 1 Top Left, Page 2 Top Right, Page 3 Bottom Left, Page 4 Bottom Right. Trim only if your real print test shows the overlap or marks need it.
